Norwegian Fjords Cruise VS Alaska

What is everyone's thoughts on comparing these 2

one thing I would add to to mix is whether you want to add extra days in Europe. CPH is a hub for SAS, so there are many nonstops to other European cities. You can then fly back from that city or to USA add the extra week on the front end and fly from USA into that city and then fly to CPH.
If you can add an extra week, it makes the high airfare to Europe more "worth it" IMHO. We have added the following nonstops to/from CPH: Rome, London, Paris, Frankfurt on various trips. All under $100PP.
It then makes it more of a Grand Trip, but usually only a few thousand more for the extra week/flight.

I can let you know in June...? We did the Wonder in Alaska in 2014 and cruised northbound on RCCL's Radiance of the Seas in July 2016. In general I know: Norway is WAY more expensive, there will be less wildlife and more focus on scenery though I *may* get to see puffins. (pleasssse let me see a puffin!). What in particular are you wondering...?

I am puffin crazy as well!! I better see puffins in Iceland on our cruise next June!!

I have done both sailings on DCL.
In all the places I have been in my lifetime, Alaska is by far the most majestic and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Norway was pretty. Each port unique. Never saw a puffin.....lol.
When going to CPH for the Norway sailing, we flew into Dublin and spent a week prior to our flight and we paid about $60 a person for a one way ticket DUB-CPH and same on return to DUB to catch our flight back to the states.
I would say you won't go wrong with either sailing and both are lovely.
