O.k. This might be a stupid question but please bear with me. Is the Norway Buffet only have characters at breakfast or all day long? Thanks!

The Princess Storybook Breakfast isn't really part of the Norwegian buffet served at Akershus. It is family style, and brought over to your table - just regular American character breakfast type food. We enjoyed it however, and the princess interaction and service were great.

For lunch and dinner, they used to switch over to the fixed price Norwegian buffet. I don't know if it has happened, but rumor had it that this restaurant would be switching over to a menu from the buffet. There are no characters here at lunch or dinner.
