What is B2B2B??? Thanks!!!!

On another note, this is my first Disney Cruise and the first cruise for our daughter that she will remember (she was just a baby on our last cruise). She is timid by nature ... I am wondering if you all have any tips on how to get her excited for and to not be afraid of the kid's club. I want her to have that fun experience of it! She is an only child so she doesn't have that comfort of a sibling as a partner. Any tips/experiences?

My little one (8) didn't like the kids club because she is too shy and there are way too many kids there. I think she will like the Edge better (which I am hoping they let her into this cruise)

B2B2B is 3 cruises in a row. So there are a few of us going B2B or B2B2B. Most going 3 are doing the East Bound Transatlantic May 15, Staying for the Northern European May 30th, and this cruise June 6th. So we will be on the ship from May 15th to June 13th. Those doing B2B are either going Norway 6/6 and staying for Northern European 6/13 or Northern European cruise May 30th and staying for the 6/6 cruise.

Hope that helps

Oh thank you!!!!
How exciting!!!! My dream is to go on a 100 or more day cruise when I retire!!! Right now the 7 days will have to do, but I am so excited to hear about everyone's adventures!!!

So has anyone heard what Frozen theming will be on the ship? Or maybe in the shore excursions??

Hello All
I have been booked for a while but on the fence. Now after reading this page, I am excited! It will be my and my DD17. She's super excited but I have been worried about airfare. It looks like I'll be able to use my miles, yahoo! I've never been to any of the countries. I'm intrigued by the day trip to Sweden. My plan right now is fly in day before, cruise, stay 2-3 days post in Copenhagen, fly to Paris for a few days then home. If anyone has found a good, close hotel to the port or has port info, I'd love to know. If there are any other single parents going or HS kids great! I know we are doing 2nd dining. I'm always up for a group dining situation. The kids always seem to ditch dinner anyways. :)

My daughter was 6 when we went on our first cruise, with Disney, and she says she won't sail another cruise line! She made good friends on our first cruise that we have kept in touch with. She is an only child, and now that she's 11, she loves having the run of the ship. She'll basically come to dinner, but the rest of the time she's running around with new friends she's made in the kids' clubs.

Hey, we are live in the Denver metro and doing the same B2B as you are Myself46, DH56 DD16. Would you be willing to share best flight/pricing info?

DH and I have also been booked since day 1, but it's only now that I've booked airfare that I'm heading over here. We're B2B with the 5/30 Baltic cruise. Checking in :)

Sorry for the duplicate post. I am new to this!

Speaking of Airfare.... when do you all find is the best time to book it? I was thinking of waiting till January or February. But before I booked the cruise I priced it out and found the best priced and timed flights, at least from Florida to Copenhagen, to be on either Berlin Air or Icelandic Air (although Icelandic doesn't have a return fight that works for me right now). Delta had the flights but it was another 500.00 at least more expensive than Berlin Air.
I don't know if I should book sooner or later? I read on one site to wait till 60 days before an international flight, but that would just make me crazy!:confused3

If all goes well me, my husband and my DD and her BF will be on this amazing journey

I'm obsessed with this cruise and soooo excited .... but I don't know how to apply my obsession and excitement right now! The shore excursions aren't out yet and the cruise has never been done before so I can't research shore excursions yet. (I did research the towns themselves and made lists of things I'd like to see.) I've googled for forums like this one where people are planning the trip, but they aren't very active right now due to it being so far out. I know I probably shouldn't order my airfare yet, but I've researched that anyways. I usually love reading trip reports to get excited and get ideas but since Disney has never done a cruise to Norway (except Oslo and Copenhagen on their Northern Capitals cruise think), I'm having a hard time finding trip reports. I read a few on other cruise lines, but this will be my first Disney cruise and I would like to learn more about how Disney will do Norway and I am curious as to their shore excursions. I think I will look up other Disney European shore excursions to get ideas.
Any suggestions on things to do this far out to continue the excitement and planning?

I love your enthusiasm!
You could check out trip reports from any sailing on The Magic, as they will give you a feel for the ship itself and give you some ideas of what you would like to see and do on board
You could also check out TRs for other cruise lines that have visited similar Norwegian ports on Cruise Critic. In my experience, excursions don't usually vary a huge amount from cruise line to cruise line
Keep reading the DCL threads on here as you will get lots of info about the whole Disney Cruise Line experience - which you will of course love!!
And finally, keep chatting to your fellow excited fellow cruisers :-)

I heard the same and am waiting till January. When I flew from GA to Seattle for Alaska, cheapest was around January/February. Hoping to get fares for $600 pp.

Hi we are booked onto this cruise we are very excited. Any recommendations for hotels in Copenhagen would be most welcome. Would love to join the Facebook page but will need several more posts! Is there anyway to add me without filling up the thread with posts?

Welcome to the group :)

Thanks I will keep checking back for updates until I have enough posts to join the Facebook page! I have booked the cruise and our flights so just have a hotel stay in Copenhagen to sort out! That is until the shore excursions are announced, then we will have to think about those too!
