Norton Antivirus 360 and Internet problems - HELP!!!

Ok, anyone have Norton Antivirus 360? Since downloading Norton's 360, I've been having problems with my internet. I can get on, but I have a blank screen, and when I hit my "Home" button, I get a basic google search bar. I also loose, or can't access, my "Bookmarks," or my "Personal Tool Bar" with my most visited sites. I've followed the directions on the support page but nothing works, I need some help. I currently use Firefox as my web browser. Anyone else having any problems with this? I'd sure love some help.

Yes, I do have trouble with mine. For some reason, turning off the firewall and then accessing the internet works. I set it to turn back on by itself in 15 minutes and when it does it seems to work fine.

I know, it doesn't make sense at all but it worked several times for me.

If I'm not mistaken Norton 360 does not support Firefox.
