Tammy - when's your next vacation?

Well, I am doing a week at Hilton Head (non-Disney resort), and then the fabulous June 13th Western Carribean deal that Disney sold for less than half price. I know, I wasn't supposed to cruise again until the Med, but I couldn't resist since the price was so low. LOL. That is all I have time for. I have to teach this summer school to help pay for my 2010 cruise fix.

This Christmas is Disney World. It will be our first trip to Disney since Oct. 08. That is quite a stretch for me.

Sounds like you'll be busy!

In early December my wife and I made reservations for this cruise. We have really been looking forward to it, but ended up having to change our reservation. It turns out that we had to add another person to our reservation as we are going to have a baby in November.

Congrats on the baby!

Congrats!!! Do you know if it's a girl or boy?

I have what might be a strange (or even rude) question.

I read the first few pages of this thread and a number of random pages in between. I haven't yet found any cruise-related information. Rather, most of what I have seen is random "how's the weather" or "today's agenda" type stuff. Is that pretty much it, or am I missing the pearls and should, therefore, read the entire thing?

Congrats on the cruise and your newest addition!!!!

Since it's still over a year until the cruise, there's not a whole lot of information yet. There is some stuff scattered throughout the thread, but the closer it gets the more information we'll have.

The only info we know is the 3 hotels that DCL is using in London.

Thanks for all the responses on Virgin Atlantic and the premium economy. This might the route I go. Or, I might go coach and just buy and extra set to have more room.

I've never flown with Virgin but they come highly recommended by anyone I've ever spoken to about them. When we went to WDW in 2002 we flew standard class with BA which was my first ever flight and I hated it, it was so cramped and claustophobic. Little did I know they were pretty much as good as it would get for mere mortals like us!! Anyway on the way home we were SO SO lucky and got upgradeed. The plane didn't have first class but they were somewhere in between like the Virgin premium economy. Big seats, attentive personal service etc and I'd say if you can .... go for it, way way better than getting an extra seat (which we've been lucky enough to get for free on Air Canada a few times).

Its definitely on our imaginary plans for our next trip to WDW lol

Where would I find that info?

We flew on Virgin to Europe several years ago. The agents were rude and teh flight attendants very nearly made us miss our connection. My wife has made it very clear that she will never fly on that airline again.

Just popping in to say Hi :)

Not been around much as work is busy and also trying to catch up on my trip reports from February, also only 10 weeks until we are in DC

Claire ;)

Gydell has the hotels right, but if you want to look them up you can find them on DCL's website. I can't remember exactly how to find it, but there's a section with information for European cruises and under that is a section for London/Dover hotels, although all of them are in London.
