Was wondering if any of you know if we are able to watch any NHL playlets onboard the wonder? I am from Vancouver, home of the number 1 team in the NHL and the winner of the presidents trophy this year! I am actually also travelling with my entire family, mom, dad, brother and family and my own family. It's been a first since we can never go on vacation together due to work! My brother, dad and my whole family are huge fans of the Canucks and we would really like to watch their playoff run!
So dies anyone know if the sports bar will have hockey?

I would guess yes at the sports bar but you could call DCL and double check. I was just in CA for opening day of Giants baseball and the friends I stayed with are Sharks fans and they were talking about what a great team Vancouver has. Sue

My favorite color is GREEN, although I also really like RED, and my favorite characters are Mickey as Sorcerer's Apprentice, and the Evil Queen!

Thanks for adding this to the list. Without boring everyone else on the boards, what do you three want to do? Learn technique, do a page or am I putting together album kits? (Disney/Alaska themed of course). I don't mind packing up a few tools (within reason) but I'd rather have everything prepared ahead of time, not to mention I'd have to start sourcing out product/shopping. I don't think such a small group would really require a dedicated room, can we park ourselves in the library, games room or some other public space? Since I've never been on a Disney cruise I don't know.

When do you ladies want to meet? I think that I can receive PM now.

OY!! You guys have been a chatty bunch!! I haven't been on in a few days and you've filled several pages!! Life here is crazy...we're piling crap in our spare room to pack for the trip...pirate costumes are mended, formal wear is all finished (Princesses for the Alaska trip, I think-----those people who are B2B will get to see our fabulous golden mickey themed tuxes on the repo!-----although the princess tuxes we're wearing are NOT the same as the ones in my sig pic....they're purple...so they're still an as yet unseen set on DCL!! )....We've selected the disney ties we're wearing every night of both cruises, as well------the line-up includes Aladdin, Pocohontas, villains, Mickey & Friends (of course), Tink, Jungle Book, Little Mermaid, Lion King.....ah the delights of having one of the largest Disney tie collections on earth!

I would be happy to meet any at sea day when there is not another event scheduled The 3 days we are in Alaskan waters you never know when we will have to run to the deck to get pictures of marines life in the water or on land as we pass. I would be happy if we could plan and/or do a layout. I think it would be fun to brainstorm ideas for us to use when we get home for pictures of the unique events we have - champagne girls, FE's, flannel shirt grass skirt party etc. We are all experienced scrapbookers and I am sure all have unique layout styles. It is great you are willing to work for us to have a project, but this is short notice for that so I would be happy meeting, exchanging ideas, brainstorming the really unique aspects of this Alaska cruise. Going home with some ideas sketched out would be great. Just let us know what you decide. I have my fingers crossed that Disney has some scrapbook items in its gift shop this cruise.

DH husband's favorite color is any color as he is a graphic artist but he did say to put down blue; his favorite character is Tigger with Pluto close behind.

For the first CG.....Linda/seaulater asked the photographer to take a group picture and they did without charge. For the second CG I asked the photographer to take a group picture and they told me it would cost $500. I declined and we took our own group pictures. I won't ask again. If Linda wants to ask then I'll be thrilled. But if not, we'll just take our own.

But we MUST take a group picture....either way you will have it for scrapbooking. Usually we take the picture at the end when everyone is "happy".
