It's still snowing here--Long Island, NY. I bet we have 7 inches out there already, and they are telling us it will snow until 4 PM! I'm just about to eat some breakfast, and I'll do a little shoveling soon.
We're in Baltimore County. Here is a picture of our backyard, taken at about 7 AM. According to the news, we got about 14", though we didn't measure it ourselves yet. I'm about to bundle up the kids and go outside to play!
We have about 15" here in Central NJ and it's still coming down hard. They're predicting another 4-5 inches. We haven't been out yet because with high wind we have drifts against our front and back doors. When it stops we'll have to pop the glass out of the storm door stick a shovel out the opening and clear the snow away enough to open the door. We're pros at it though since it's happened many times.
We are in Harford County too! Abingdon. My dh was the one guessing 12 inches. He will be going out soon to shovel. Guess I should have him measure for a true amount! It's about time schools will be closed for a real snow day! I just hope none of my daycare kids show up so I can have a day off too!
there is about 18 inches here in CT too. And more to come. If they make tomorrow a snow day for the kids, how about us adults too???? Gov Rell, are you listening? My you are looking lovely today. How bout a snow day for us too??
