Hi, I have never used non exp tickets or MDE so I am a little worried. If I put a non exp ticket in the MDE system, and on a future trip want to use a different ticket, will that be a problem. :confused3 Thank you.

No problems. Currently you would need to visit Guest Relations to ensure that your tickets are "prioritized" correctly. That way the correct ticket is being used. At this time you cannot do this yourself. In the future however you may be able to do so on the App.

Thank you. I don't know when we will decide to use the other tickets, maybe the App will be updated by then. I just don't want to accidently use up the NE days if I really want to use the 5 day tickets instead and then have a big mess on my hands. :crowded:

You can freeze (individually - one or more or all) any/all paper tickets, magic bands, KTTW tickets whatever you have loaded on MDE. You can leave just the one ticket 'active' that you want to use on your next trip. At least I was able to do this. HTH.

Good to know, thank you.

I think you can link them and then deactivate in MDE. This keeps them in your account, but they aren't active so you don't have to go to GR. Thoughts?
