Non DVC member would like to rent points

Would you be willing to stay in a studio or are you looking for a 1 bedroom. Also what DVC resort are you looking to stay in. I have some points that I need to rent out or I will loose them.

A studio would be fine. I'm actually looking for the cheapest possible way to visit WDW for a special anniversary trip.
