Non Disney owned restaurants?

Anyone have a list of non-disney owned restaurants?
Do cast members work at these restaurants? Or are they privately staffed?
Same atmosphere as Disney owned restaurants?

. . . but, some do work under the Disney umbrella

I don't know of an official list, but here are the ones I know off the top of my head:

Yak and Yeti
Rainforest Cafe
T-Rex
Il Mulino
Shula's
Kimono's
bluezoo
Wolfgang Puck

I think most of even all of the eateries at DTD are owned and operated by outside companies. Places like Fulton's, Portobello, Paradiso 37, Ghirardelli, etc.

A lot (or maybe all) of the world showcase restaurants are operated by outside companies. Some of the ones I am aware of include:
San Angel Inn
Les Chefs de France
Tutto Italia
Tokyo Dining
Teppan Edo

I find the atmosphere at the non-Disney owned places to usually be good, and just as 'Disney'. I especially love Yak and Yeti and WPE.
