Non alcoholic beer or wine?

DH has a medical issue and has been told not to drink alcohol. He is drinking non alcoholic beer when we go out at home - we have a beer called Becks Blue (it's German).

Is there anything similar in the WDW TS restaurants or in the hotel bars- he may want to have the odd one or two

Most of the bars and restaurants should have bottles of O'Douls, which is Budwieser's non-alcohol brew
