Noisy rooms... are they noisy?

We were on the May 18 Eastern in Rm #2515. The walls were very thin...we had neighbors that constantly yelled at their toddler...we always heard the toddler crying and the parents fussing (we could hear every word they said). Also, this room is under one of the bars (Rockin D, I think) and we could hear the music and "thump-thump" base sounds til 2am.
