Noise in the cabins by the elevators

Can anyone who has stayed in a cabin right off the elevator lobby give an opinion on the amount of noise you can hear from inside your cabin? We are on deck 6 right off of the midship elevators.

On our 1st cruise, we were mid ship deck 2 and loved it! Right near the elevators!! Perfect location! Easy to get to and there was no noise!
This question has been posted a few times and people pretty much give the same answer....no problems!! Enjoy!

We were right off the Forward elevators in 5522 & 5524 and didn't notice any noise at all!!! Having a room located right off the elevators is a big plus IMO!

We are right next to midship elevators too...glad you asked or I would have! Hoping the responses stay postive! With kids, I look forward to being in a convenient location.

Contrary to what one may think, staterooms near elevators, particularly the least used aft ones, are really quiet...and the convenience of having a stateroom near the elevators is great....especially when lugging stuff or a little one....

We were in 6056 and never noticed any noise at all. We loved the location and would request this room again.

I was wondering the same thing as we seem to be by the elevator in the back of the ship 8578 is the room.

We were in 6051 and 6053 and it was fine. They were near the midship elevators.

Next week we are in room 6118 which is directly across from the elevators mid-ship. I was also worried about noise so I asked the question a couple of months ago. EVERYONE responded that it was a great location, very quiet and they would stay there again (some always requested it!).

We have always had rooms near the elevators. We have never heard a thing. Very quiet.
