Praying for Johnnie, JJ, Piper and the rest. I am glad to hear JJ is having a better week over all, hope the tic yesterday was just an anomaly for the week and he continues to have a good weekend. So sorry to hear Johnnie fell and was knocked out - how scary! I pray he doesn't suffer any long-term effects from it and is feeling better today.

Judy, have a wonderful trip! So glad to hear Rachel didn't have a headache yesterday, we'll continue praying ALL of you feel your best for this much-deserved time away!

It is drying out overall here, but we had more rain yesterday, NOT good for the flooded areas. We are safe here, but my heart goes out to all those affected by this terrible flooding. There are so many displaced families right now and most of them will not get any insurance help, as hardly anybody carries flood insurance out here - why would we when we never get rain? Many, many roads are completely washed out, and I think it is going to take a very long time to set things to rights again in parts of the state. I am thankful for the many people who have stepped up to lend a hand and help those who are homeless right now, or need rescuing. Believe it or not, there are still over 1000 missing people. They hope that number will go down significantly as they are able to get to some of these areas that are still cut off from everything. Many people are still stranded and they are still doing helicopter rescues to try to get everyone out of there.

You WILL see her play, I am sure of it! Yesterday was the first day in almost two seeks she hasn't had a headache, lets hope that continues!

It WAS nice to be pixie Dusted and completely unexpected.

I wish you were going to be in warm Florida with us, I know the cold is creeping back in and the snow will not be far behind. Praying your cold is getting better (remember, Elderberry is your friend). Work stress is even harder when you are ill. DON'T let it worry you if you can, that project will be there if and when you need to do it! At least you are at work!

I couldn't find any elderberry here, I'll have to remember to look for it next time I travel. I hope it works for me my sister is allergic to elderberries but they never seemed to bother me.

Praying Rachel is feeling good for the trip, along with all the rest of you

Brenda, so glad to hear that your son is back on US soil.

On a side note I am sitting in the ER with my son Jonnie who fell during an episode (they are not sure if he fainted or had a type of seizure) at the store today. He hit his head and was unconcious for a time and has been confused and nauseous as well ashaving neck and back pain. Prayers would be appreciated.

Thank you so very much. I'm very grateful for his safe return.

Is your son ok? What a scary thing to go through. I hope all is well and that he recovers quickly.

We are preparing for our next adventure; however, wanted to share a special meet and greet JUST for Lisa yesterday at GKTW!!! She was SO happy and excited...and completely surprised! This is the rare and enchanted Twinkle Hope My Little Pony..

Thank you all so much for praying for Jonnie. He is home with a concussion (theres that odd similarity again Judy) and what the doctors are calling bone bruises. Thank God his injuries weren't as severe as they thought. He was very disapointed that he wasent ableto go to the local theme park with his sisters and grandfather last night but I definately wasent allowing him on roller coasterswith a concussion and neck injuries.

Judy, I was so thrilled to see 80's as the highs for the forecast, then I heard about the rain forecast, 2 to 4 inches between Monday and Wednesday. Here's hoping the rain does not interfere with plans.

I'm glad his injuries aren't as bad as they thought. But they sure sound painful. Do they know what caused the fall? A drop seizure? Breaks my heart he didn't get to have fun at the theme park as planned. But definitely no coasters.

I am so sorry about Jonnie!! I thought the same thing about the fall/concussion. Seriously, you need to take precautions when you read something crazy on my thread!!! It is often foreshadowing for you of things to come. I don't have to tell you this might take 6 months to heal, I am truly sorry!!

80's yes, almost 90 though...at least according the the sites/stations I saw. Hot enough for September!! As for rain, the only thing it could hinder is our plans with you tonight. BUT there are contingencies in place!
