It took all my strength to come into work today. All week I have been dealing with swollen ankles and joints. They are so bad today that they kept me up all night and NOTHING is making them feel better, I feel like I'm 90 years old. Bah.

What are everyone's plans for Easter? Marc & I don't have anything planned. His parents celebrate down on the Cape with his mom's side of the family and with Marc working overnight it makes too long of a day for him to then have to stay up all night. MIL asked me again if I wanted to go down by myself....No Thanks!

Well my inlaws decided to stay an extra day which is why I was non existent yesterday but they are gone and I can finally enjoy today off. I think I'm going to make egg salad and scrapbook for awhile.

Jackie...stay safe today and for all this stress me thinks that Jim should have to come visit you and do a live weather report from your front lawn LOL.

Well my inlaws decided to stay an extra day which is why I was non existent yesterday but they are gone and I can finally enjoy today off. I think I'm going to make egg salad and scrapbook for awhile. I'm just exhausted with all that we did with them LOL!

Hi Jen! Glad you are settling in for some quiet time. Scrapbooking and cooking sound like fun.... but aren't you forgetting coloring easter eggs???

Wouldn't that be so fun?! I've been eyeing that game that someone posted about on her PTR... I want to buy it but have no one to play it with. Hey- maybe I could buy it and bring it when I come over for dinner with you and Marc. Would you play with me?

No plans really, just enjoying not being at work. Easter has never really been a big holiday in my family since my brother and I have gotten older. I'm off today! I'm just planning on relaxing and doing some much needed organizing around the house. And maybe finishing up my TR. So I can start a PTR.

Of course I will play with you!! My Mom has a Disney game too, I will have to borrow it from her too. I love games and never have anyone to play with!

I think the ankles are a mixture of things.
1. I took my new prescription last week from the doctor and I think it's wreaking more havoc with my cycle instead of helping.
2. Moving and using muscles that I don't usually use.
3. Wogging

Hi Jen-Glad you finally have some time to yourself now that the inlaws are gone!
LL-Hope those ankles feel better! And I love boardgames too! Blake grew up playing them in a single mother household and I was an only child, so I played a lot by myself. Glad we're going to do gamenight during Gnomefest!

Hi, Jen! Oh, how I wish I could have a relaxing day today. I brought my book over to my SIL's but haven't been able to concentrate (yes, I came over here today). We are now in a white area of greatest threat on the forecast map -- yick -- it's worse than the red they use for the threat of severe storms.

I do think Jim owes me a visit for all of this stress. He hasn't even been on lately -- it must be his week off or something.

Not holding up -- my usual nervous wreck self -- I don't think it is a good sign for my mental well-being when I do a tour of SIL's basement to decide what the safest spot would be. I do detest tornado season.

I am so sorry your ankles and joints are giving you problems! That stinks!

No real plans for Easter yet -- I think we are doing brunch with family, but I haven't called to see what I am supposed to bring yet.

Yes, you should dye your eggs before making them into egg salad -- that's what we always do, Jen.

Day is going alright today. When I got into work I found out hell had frozen over and my co-worker had written an apology email to me and asked for us to put this behind us! Wierd.....

I'm so sorry, CP. It must be so scary! Blizzards and mounds of mounds of snow are annoying but I don't think they are quite as scary. I'm thinking about you. Please keep us posted!
