I called on Sunday since it was my 90 day mark. I got all my ADRs and then I booked my tours - Keys to the Kingdom and Family Magic. The CM helping me said that something was wrong with the system. She could make the reservations for the tours but couldn't get the discount applied. She said I should call back. I called back last night and this time the CM said that the new system automatically put in discounts when there was one. Therefore he assumed that since the discount wasn't coming up that they weren't offering it anymore. He also checked with a supervisor. Anyone else get similar info? :confused3

Anyone else hear this?!? I neglected to say I was talking about the Disney visa card not just any visa card.

According to the Chase web site you should be able to get 20% off of tours when you book with the card.

the new reservation system isn't allowing for any tour discounts currently

I booked Keys to the Kingdom yesterday and got the Disney visa discount. Total was $52.

Are you sure you were using the "Disney Visa" and not just a regular Visa?
The discount is only with the "Disney VIsa"

To book a tour, I typically call the dedicated Disney Tour number:
(407) WDW-TOUR

instead of relying on a regular CM's computer.
I find that those CMs are consistently knowledgeable
about the tours & the Disney Visa discount. popcorn::

I just did one a little over a week ago and got the discount. I wasn't paying real close attention at the time of booking but it seems that they had to book the tour and then request the discount. It showed up as two separate line items on my Visa statement.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I did call the WDW-TOUR number and I did use a Disney visa. Hmmm!! Oh well I'll just have to call again. By the time I get the discount I will have spent that much on calls to Florida! :upsidedow

If you can't get that one ask about a AAA discount. When I booked my wifes Dolphins in Depth I did not have my Disney Visa yet.

I booked KTTK and the Steam Train for 1st week of June and received the discount. I called in on March 8
