And I also subsequently posted that I did that simply because others were trying to solicit the codes hard core and I was just keeping up. My subsequent post also asked that NONE of us, including myself, post the codes like that anymore because it's more fair to do it first come, first served.

I also think it's only fair to let people know that we can offer them codes for their entire family, but it's in their best interest to only use one and then hook up the rest of the family via their own account.

I figured it out on my own, but it sure would have been nice if the person who originally sent me the codes was honest enough to tell me that I should only take one of them and then use my own.

I wasn't attacking you personally, so I'm not sure why you're so bent out of shape. It's not like you're the only person here who has offered multiple codes to the same person. Like I said, somebody did it to me too. I guess it might have been you, but I'm too lazy to go back and check since I really don't care.

Okay, so I suppose you offering codes as a mass-solicitation is much better than me offering a code to anyone who asks for ONE code - sure, fine, whatever. I just don't see you as the poster child of morality after what you did on the mass posting of codes. If I did offer you more than one code, I do not regret it. As I said, I earned my 6 referrals fairly and do not have 40 of them to claim as proof of my hard core soliciting.Thanks for your concern.

I think that it's crazy.....I have not received any buddy discounts and I have been at this for a week! I do hope that I get lucky like all of you and land one!!!!
I errased my listing of 4 codes...funny thing is, that those 4 codes never got me one discount!

I am happy for those of you that have shared codes and received discounts!

Well formernyer, I think I may have been the one that supplied you with the two codes... I was not being dishonest, as personally I never thought of setting up one account to give the other account a discount.... but since my honesty has been questioned, there will be no more help from me.

And by the way, I don't think I've gotten seven referrals all totalled.... I've been on the program for four months, brought the best deal $ wise there was and I was more than happy to give out tried and true experiences that I've had... But, honesty comes first, and since mine has been doubted I'm going to go play in my own sandbox. Good luck to you. And by the way, I never once offered to send anyone a code as I felt that was unfair. There's a Nutrisystem board that you can find them on.

Yay Amy! Hope you get this one! I think it would be a really nice thing if those that have received 5, 6, 7 + referral coupons would step back and let others have a chance. I was lucky enough to get a couple and I'm done....had ONE extra floating around that I offered up (and was scolded for doing so by the buddy coupon police), but it's not worth getting hassled over. I think it's crap that you feel like you are in a position where you don't want to offer help since your honesty has been questioned. You started this thread and you should help all you want. There was no dishonesty being done as I didn't think of the same thing as you prior to signing up my fiance and I. In fact, I only found that out by seeing if I could send a coupon to her and then she tried to use the code first before using one we had gotten from someone and thus it worked.

If it weren't for this thread, a lot of people wouldn't have: 1) Known how to get the great discount on nutrisystem that you posted and 2) Started to send out codes to everyone, thus everyone getting some discounts on here.

Stay on and help as you have been doing, anyone else that has a problem - this might not be the board for you.

Well since there seems to be some concern about people getting more than their fair share of the pie, here is what how we will continue this program (but it will begin again with a new thread.)

If you have a buddy code to share, please post on the thread that I will start. If you WANT a buddy code, you must PM or e-mail someone who has posted on that thread. Everything will be done "behind the scenes" so to speak.

There will be no "PM me" or "EMail me" posts. A simple - "I have a current code" will do. No codes are to be posted on the boards.

Also, no one is to ASK those with codes to email or PM them on the boards - they must ask OFF of the boards.

This is how we ended up working the ING referral thing and it ended up working very well.
