One week, and so far, I haven't had anything that was really bad. I wouldn't get the bbq beef again, or the green pepper steak, but everything else has been pretty good.

I have a question. Say you get on the nutrisystem diet and lose a considerable amount of weight. How do you keep from packing on all the lbs when you stop the diet? You would no longer be eating their food so how would you keep from gaining?

Now I just started so I may be way of base (those that have been on it and can answer better please do) but this diet seems to be more based on portion control then anything else and eating healthier. You're eating less calories daily with the diet, so to answer your question, if you eat sensible (calories wise) I would think you wouldn't pack the pounds back on. Of course, if for example, i went back to eating like I did prior to nutrisystem, I'd eventually put all the weight back on.

Maybe the rep didn't know what they were talking about. For some reason, I can't get any of the buddy coupons even though a few nice people here have tried. The rep said if I had the person's first and last name, he could apply it over the phone.
