no tickets

:confused3 anybody booked with jet save we are leaving on 25th august still no tickets we are ringing travel agent every day and get told something different every time yesterday it was jet save send out tickets 10 to 14dAYS OUT today its 7 to 10 days anybody else have these problems and any suggestions as to what we can do now except wait help:confused3
 
If you can get to the Travel Agent I would go in and see them, it's hard to fob you off if you're right in front of them and you can then make them phone Jet Save in front of you.

Also, if Jet Save have sent the tickets but the TA is just being lazy and hasn't sent them out and it comes down to the wire make them courier them to you at their own expense.

Hopefully this is some re-assurance,we have used Jetsave twice & never had a problem.I would expect to have my tickets at the 14 day mark,as the previous poster said it could well be the TA that is slow in sending them out!

I'd phone up and ask to speak to the manager....don't let them tell you that they'll be waiting for you at the airport either.
 

i would pop down to the travel agents if possible hope you get it sorted :wizard:
 
We used jetsave last year and had no prblem's. Think it was around the 10 days before mark and we went down to the travel agents to collect.

If you pop down you never know they may just have them there in the collection area ?
 
:sad2: no news i phoned ta spoke to the manager who told me they had been posted thursday evening and we should have got them today saturday guess what no tickets arrived so phoned again they now tell me that jet save are posting them direct to us and will get them tuesday i really dont know what else to do have already complained to manager and told him in no uncertain terms that we wont be booking with them ever again :sad1:

This is outrageous. Phone Jet Save direct and ask them and if you're not convinced with the response make them courier them to you at their own expense.

Do not let them tell you to pick them up at the airport.

I would be going off my head if this was me. I personally think that once you've paid your balance you should have your tickets straight away. If they make you pay your balance 8 weeks before then why not give the tickets 8 weeks before :confused3
