No rooms available

I have a room at POR December 1-3. I now want to stay 2 more nights but there is no availability ANYWHERE. What in the world is going on? Will more rooms be released or am I out of luck?

I am trying to get a room during that time too with no luck. Was told today by Swan/Dolphin reservations that there is a big convention and no rooms available. I find it hard to believe.

Call. Sometimes they might be able to see availability you can't online.

I could be wrong with the dates, but isn't pop warner week Dec 2 - 9 this year? That might have something to do with it.

And renovations at CBR, CSR and Pop have rooms shut down so fewer total Disney Resort rooms available overall.

That's Pop Warner week and there are 1500 less rooms in the inventory compared to last year.

Try looking for single days, that's what I did the week after. After finding the single dates in the same room category, I called Disney and they were able to book as one reservation.

There is a convention bringing 7000 Financial Aid professionals 11/27 to 12/1. Because it sells out folks book really far in advance.
