I am leaving on Sunday for three nights at HHI. The first two nights, we are booked into a 2 bedroom, the third night we have to switch into a studio. I have been calling and so far, I have not had any luck. I am not too optimistic, what do you think? How much of a pain is it to change rooms, I was wondering since we have been staying there if they would try to get us in early?

I have only had to move one time. It was because there were around 20 girls staying above me. it was crazy. It was during the early days and the CM's let it go. So they moved us instead. We had to check out around 12 and our next room was ready at 3. In the end it was woth it. If you can ask for elevator access it might not be a problem as you would just have to push around a cart, instead of going up flights of stairs. Though they may not open. The dream would be to just move from the 2 bd room and into the studio of the same lock off. Ask for 1131/1133. Pixie dust for you. Have lots of fun.

Im sure they would move for you, like they do at WDW. Simply have your things packed and waiting and head to the beach. They will take your things (and store them between 11-4 if needed) and put them in your new room. SO when you come back, you are all set.

I have never seen bell services at HHI. Now this dosen't mean that they don't have it. If they do, then I have been doing it the hard way for the past 6 years.

When I had to move, I did it myself. They did not offer to help and I did not think to ask for it. I should had. It was a terrible 3 nights below 20, 17 year old girls on spring break.

I am so excited, the two bedroom unit became available about an hour ago and now we will have it for three nights and not have to move!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

good for you. That is a good example of staying on top of MS to get what you want. Way to go!!!!:bounce:

It's always exciting to hear that all the Disney pixie dust isn't just at WDW and DL. Congratulations! Enjoy your trip home!

There are no bellhops, but there is a small closet room in the entranceway to Big Murgies Den, (which is across from the check in area) where you can store stuff till you get into your room. This storage also has a refrigerator for cold items.

Congrats to the original poster on getting her waitlist.
