Is there no bed that she can have in the accommodation?
If it is the height of the bed if they fall you are worried about (although mine, have fallen out of a normal sized bed and just carried on sleeping LOL) throw some pillows on the floor beside the bed.
If she will sleep on a changing mat, I would consider sofa cushions. I personally wouldn't be carting a pack n play with me.
My kids have been in normal size beds since they were 18 months though so they would hate to go back into a pack n play.

So even though I think DD would like sleeping on the floor, I don't like the idea of other things sleeping with her.
