No Opening Show at MK?

The past two days there wasn't an opening show at MK. The train pulled in and the CM's had the crowd follow them in. I can't remember this happening before.

The past two days there wasn't an opening show at MK. The train pulled in and the CM's had the crowd follow them in. I can't remember this happening before.

It actually can happen all the time.

For years on this board I have cautioned that there are multiple
"shows" that open MK.
Some that consist of nothing more than an audio recording
(no characters, no train.)

But, there are so many here who state that the "big Welcome Show
happens every morning" that it makes me cringe for those who go
EXPECTING that it WILL happen.

Unfortunately, nothing "always happens" the same way at WDW.

Thanks for the quick response Robo. We have been coming to WDW for many years. I guess we have been lucky to have always seen a grand opening show w/music, characters & family of the day. I love the countdown for park opening. Oh well, now I know not to expect it. Thanks again. You are always helpful.
