How do you get these wonderful tags onto an iron transfer or magnet?

A friend took Tom's pm and transferred it into photoshop and then printed out the transfers for me. I put them onto black shirts with a different design on the back and they honestly looked like the pin on name tags the CM's use.

If I ever get my pics back (one of my daughters in law took all of our camera chips and is combining them for us), I will post a pic.

Tom- thanks for sharing your talents. We loved 'DIS'playing the magnets you made us for our January cruise. We rebooked, of course, but our next voyage isn't until 2010. In the mean time I would love to make pillowcases for our family with the celebrate DCL logo and eventually T- shirts with the original DCL tag. Please no hurry- I know there are lots of people sailing way before we do but if you find you have a spare minute or two I would really appreciate it. Thanks again.
