No more prime rib at Boma/WDW buffets!?

As long as Boma smokes the new roast like they did the prime rib, I'll be happy. I can get prime rib at any restaurant around here if I want it that badly... it's the smoke and spices that made Boma's special, IMO.

We call it "the aroma de Boma" when we walk into the resort.

On a totally unrelated forum, there is a restaurant review that includes a complaint/observation from the (professional reviewer) that only 3% of the beef in this country is graded Prime - so where is all this supposed "Prime" rib coming from.

Prime rib does not refer to the grade of the beef but rather the cut. Most prime rib is actually choice. Very rare (forgive the pun) for prime rib to be USDA prime as well.
