No more personalized screens

We rode small world at Halloween party 9/29 and names were on the board but not our names. We had a private boat and no one was in boat in front of us or behind us. Obviously they were putting up names at some point then it may have frozen. We were a little bummed. Also on HM we had cakes smashed in our faces - it was daughter's birthday. Also the car next to us did too and it was that lady's birthday. My daughter was delighted by that!
