No More Mickey Butter?

In all of the food photos I have looked at I haven't spotted any Mickey shaped butter. Tell me it's not so! It is one of my fondest memories of Disney Dining....yes, its been may years, but I really expected my Mickey butter! Whhhhhyyyyy?

We had it somewhere in the last few years....I can't recall where, but I saw it somewhere.... Otherwise i think they had sculpted butter at Cinderella's Castle, but I couldn't tell you what the shape was. As far as the butter that comes in packets, no that isn't even butter anymore. It's a butter.margerine mix lastI checked.

We had Mickey butter at LeCellier in March. I remember my friend saying "Oh wow! Mickey butter!"

We didnt have any Mickey butter last week but we did have "Spaceship Earth butter" at Le Cellier.

Too funny...I guess that's why I remember the butter so clearly...my husband and I made a big production of lopping off mickey's ears!

You know, I can't remember what year I was at Disney, but 92 might be about right...Biergarten was still an ala carte restaurant at the time and that is where I had the Mickey butter!

Ate in the castle for dinner (when it was still menu - yum) in 1997 and they had the standing Mickey butter.

we must find out if they still have it!

We have seen very little Mickey Butter over the past 7 years, but we were very excited at both Mama Melrose's and the Concourse Steakhouse to get some during this vacation.However, none of them wer those wonderful 3D version we used to get. At Le Cellier our butter was in the shape of little raspberries.

They haven't had the 3D Mickey there for some years now unfortunately. They did still have the stamped type not too long ago.

I miss the standing Mickeys too.
