Since they don't offer LOS passes anymore, is the only DVC discount option the Annual Pass Discount? Are there discounts on any other passes? I didn't see anything on the dvcmember Web site.

Yes, that's correct.

No other discounts on passes that include the major parks. Your DVC membership does entitle you to a discount off admission to the waterparks, PI or DQ. Believe that discount is a flat $4.

you can get the buy ahead discount on the MYW (not DVC), for 3 adults and 1 kid, its a savings of $42.00 on the 10 day(no exp and hopper option)! Yup, I was also hopping for additional media tickets, the AP discount is great, but definalty not worth it for us.
