No More IPO With Club Level?

I read that if you stay club level as of this year IPO isn't available, that they no longer can assist with dining reservations? Is this true?

It is true that as of now IPO is no longer available for pre-trip planning. They are still available once you check in.

IPO is in a state of flux right now and word is that they are centralizing it. But nothing has been officially announced as to what it is going to be once reorganized.

I just received a lovely phone call from what has replaced the IPO, the centralized office is now called Disney Signature Services. They said I was one of the first people to get a call!!! It sounded like she can do everything the old IPO could do.

Did you put in a call to them and they returned the call? We're staying mid-September and wondering if we'll get a call too. If not, no biggie as we do our own ADRs and FPs, just curious.

This is my question too. We have a club level stay coming up in early March. Since it's so close, I'm doubting we will get a call as our ADRs and fast passes are already booked. But it would be nice if they just checked in to be sure we are all set!

I just replied to the Club Level thread where this service was also mentionned; just in case, do anyone outside USA was able to to receive a phone call? That would be exciting news!

Finger crossed Disney will not deceive us about this…
