I am going to go send flowers to my MIL tonight. Just because I am so grateful that the worst thing she has ever done was tell DH that we are going to make DD2 "funny" (her southern code word for homosexuals) because he bought her a car to play with when she was a year old. I am pretty lucky that my MILk stays out of our private life; she is closer to DH's nieces, but that is because they live in the same town as her, and we've always lived in a different state.

I am sorry that y'all have to go through all this.
