Looks like ziplock bags and Cabanas for lunch. Raid the cheese like a pirate.

How hard is it to throw a few pieces of cheese and crackers on a plate? Very disappointed in the direction that DCL is taking. I'm sure that new cruisers don't know what they are missing but all of the reasons that I tolerate DCL pricing is for the extras. Now that those extras are disappearing and nothing of value is replacing them, I'm so disappointed in my (previously) favorite cruise line.
Same feeling here. We have our 3rd Disney cruise in April, I very much doubt that I will re-book while on-board. It already feels like this next Disney cruise will be like my Carnival cruise in 2010 where just about everything was an up-charge.
This is exactly what I was thinking!!Looks like ziplock bags and Cabanas for lunch. Raid the cheese like a pirate.![]()

Maybe a small roll of plastic wrap!
OK, so somebody on FB is reporting that she ordered the All Hands on Deck from room service last night.
Which ship? It appears it's been confirmed on the Magic and the Dream, but maybe the Fantasy and/or Wonder still have the old menu.
a few years ago i was able to get mickey marshmallow treats through room service but they took those away. taking mickey bars would not at all surprise me.I wonder what else is changing.... Anyone try ordering a Mickey Bar from room service yet?
I usually take baggies for things like that. They don't take up much room in the luggage. That's terrible if they are pushing a $38. plate now. I bet those working in room service feel awful whenever someone tries to order the former plate.
Are there ever to go boxes available at the buffet? Just thinking it would be easy to throw something like that together and put in the cooler in the room, but I've never seen any to go boxes of any type.
i do as well. i take a handful of most size freezer bags to because you never know what you may need one for. freezer bags are heavier and i put leaky things in them. they weigh nothing and take up no room at all.I usually take baggies for things like that. They don't take up much room in the luggage.
The small zip lock containers are much better for this type of pillaging. Get a pack of 4 and tuck away. Toss them at end of cruise, use to wrap some breakable little items or use as some sand toys; versatile little things. This is exactly what I was thinking!!
