No Mickey Mail?

Our package starts on Monday, Nov. 28 and we got ours last week, around 24 days out. I would call if you get to 2 weeks out and don't have anything.

16 for us and we still havn't gotten it. It's not that big of a deal b/c we have booked and went within 3 days before so I know I can get the mail packet at the resort but it is a bit of a hassle and for a short trip I don't want to waste anytime waiting on it. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

23 days for us and nothing in the mail yet. For the first time we are flying into Tampa, so no ME stuff for us. It looks like a lot of us are going first week of December!

Just a warning- be sure and check your Magical Express stuff the minute you get that envelope. Since we have had several trips, I'm not the quickest about opening and looking in the envelope. This trip, when I opened the ME envelope, I discovered that the only voucher for ME and the only luggage tag were for me, and there were none for DH or DD. I called ME, and they somehow had me down as a party of 1. Luckily I checked early enough that we weren't in trouble as there was still time for them to mail DD and DH's stuff, but if I hadn't, DH and DD would definitely have been picking up their baggage at baggage claim in Orlando instead of it just magically going to the resort.

That happened to me too this trip, they left DH off of it. I calle and they mailed me another one no big deal but u just need to check!

Wow. I'm about 35 days out so I guess I know now I'll have a wait. Bummer!! I'm ready for happy times!

I wonder if Disney is slowly starting to do away with it? Wouldn't be the first time they cut perks.

WOW I didn't know there was a Mickey Mail. I'm 19 days out and haven't received anything. I wonder if it's because while we are flying in, we didn't make arraingments through Disney. We're arriving in Tampa 11/22 and at Coronado Springs 11/28. Staying with family the first week.
But it would have been special and fun to receive Mickey Mail.

I never received my mickey mail for my September trip ( I did receive magical express mail). I called at 10 days out and the had it waiting for me at check-in.

Finally I got a call from my TA that my mail came today....only 15 days to go. I've NEVER had it take this long!!

I went home at lunch and checked the mail. Low and behold my reservation Mickey Mail was there. How exciting!

I received 4 luggage tags, but only 2 of them can be used. 2 of them do not have an opening to slip the paper into.............LOL

I'm just happy I got my mail

I called AAA which is who I booked my trip through and they told me they don't mail anything out until 21 days before your trip date which is tomorrow which is a holiday of course so, she told me that it would be mailed on Monday. Honestly I think the 21 day thing is the spiel they tell everyone but who knows. I will let everyone know once I have received mine...

I have a question on the same topic...

We arrive on November 18th (8 more days!) and I haven't received anything yet! We are not using ME, and we rented DVC points, so I was wondering if I was supposed to get anything.

What do you think?

It's not a problem. As long as you're signed up for Magical Express, you can get on the bus and they'll retrieve your luggage for you. Just head to the Welcome Center and give them your luggage claim tickets and they'll take care of it.
