No magical extras card from package booking?

We leave tomorrow and one person going with us never received their Magical Extras card in the mail - I received mine and my parents received theirs - we all booked our own packages and live at different addresses. Not a big deal but the mail does seem to be inconsistent as my parents received things that I didn’t. The discount card may be useful though - I guess it’s too late to do anything now?

Depending on how long ago they booked their package it may be waiting for them upon check-In. There were many times that we didn't get anything mailed to us and it was always in our check-in packet and we never had to even mention it.
