She said, "We went to dinner at Epcot's...







"Tanya had the fish and chips...




"She enjoyed her entree. It was flavorful with a nice, crisp texture."



"I had the chicken masala...






...with basmati rice and poppadom."





"My dish was delicious. I was hesitant to try Rose & Crown since last visit my steak was sub par. But the Indian style chicken masala was sooo good. The chicken was tender and spicy masala sauce paired well with the cooling yogurt dressing on top."

We got ours at the Festival Center but then I have seen them at the cash registers at almost every individual booth. Even if you don't see them, ask a CM and they might have some stashed away.

Love all the recent updates. DH is a bug sushi fan, but I don't like it either. It tastes like vinegar to me. It was nice to see the chocolate waffle, since everyone seems to be choosing the braised beef in Belgium. Between the two, I think I could eat a whole meal right there!

Charlie & Becky




The awesome duo of Becky and her DH Charlie have been reporting for the live thread since its inception and they will be doing so once again during their short trip this weekend. Correct me if I've counted wrong Becky, but I believe this is the 6th time that they have volunteered their services. If all goes as planned, I will have the honor of meeting this great couple in December and I am very much looking forward to it.

"The food is okay here but the service is so slow and terrible. They need to get it together here."

"We had a nice view of the pyramid from our table..."









"Rob and I both got the Tacos de Carne...





"We both really enjoyed these. They were similar to the Tacos de ribeye outside at the F&W booth. I actually give the F&W tacos the edge because they have a little more flavor than these."


"Service here was good and our meal was very relaxing and enjoyable today!"

She said, "After a few hours at the pool on Tuesday, we went to the Hibachi Experience F&W Dinner at...






"At the reception we had plum wine...






...and edamame."





"Then we were led to a small dining room at the back of the restaurant where there is two hibachi tables."









"The first sake for the toast was served in a cute wood box...








"Kampai!"



"The first course was a clam miso soup...



















"The second was lamb chop with a Japanese horseradish sauce - 5/5."





"It was paired with a Yuzu sake, very fresh and lemony."









"Third course were cod and sea bass with a 3rd sake - 5/5."

"Fourth course was wagyu beef and filet mignon with mushrooms that were cooked in really pretty Japanese cooking paper with another sake! - 5/5"





























"The meat dish was served with a green matcha tea sea salt and freshly grated wasabi, which is pretty rare and really expensive. That small piece sells for $100 in Japan!"

"I chose the buffet. Great value and the place was practically deserted."






"First plate: melons, eggs, potatos, and bacon and sausage hiding in the back."





"Second plate: Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sweet potato pancake (I didn't finish this and thought it tasted a little funny, but it was probably me because everyone raves about them)."


"And yes, I ate it ALL! I was starving this morning and even with all that, I was in and out in 30 minutes, with my server giving me a to-go cup on my soda and a banana."​

She said, "For lunch, I headed over to...








"Someone reported on a lemon blueberry cupcake, but that was nowhere to be found, which is the one I wanted. Instead, they had Halloween pumpkins and ghosts."





"Horrible picture, but it was served in a box, so I did what I could. Roast beef sandwich with cucumber salad. The sandwich was good, a lot of bread, but the horseradish sauce was a great addition. The salad was okay, fresh, but too many onions for my liking."






"Dessert was a strawberry cupcake. Pretty, but I can't comment on taste since it's my breakfast tomorrow." ​

The meal at Teppen Edo looks amazing! I didn't know there were so many amazing ways of using a hibachi grill! Very jealous.

"It was well worth the 45 minute wait."

"It had a nice flavor with hints of red wine."

"She liked it and said the bread was fabulous."







"We shared the Master's cupcake...



"It is a chocolate cupcake with the grey stuff on top. The cake portion was surprisingly moist. The grey stuff was light and fluffy, and not overly sweet."

He said, "We had dinner at Yak and Yeti in the Animal Kingdom."










"We started with the Lettuce cups for two appetizer...





...and my entree was the Beef and Broccoli."





"Lee Ann spoke to the chef and had a gluten free veggie and rice dish."






"For dessert we split the chocolate cake with chocolate and raspberry sauce, it was very rich, like fudge, but a good size to split with someone."





"It was also a great place to watch the parade on a hot day."

"Tonight for dinner, I went to Animal Kingdom Lodge's...

"I'd never been here before and it was amazing, but I went so late, that I was too out of it to truly enjoy it after a long park day."





"Clockwise from top: Pita bread with white bean hummus, mealie pap, bobotie, durban chicken, basmati rice, and underneath that mess was the sliced beef and cous cous"



"My second plate was just repeats of things I liked here, plus fruit, so no pic."






"Sausage and lentil soup. SO good. The other selections for tonight were Harira, Carrot Ginger, and Coconut Curry. Two had ginger and one had curry, neither of which I eat, so this one won! But in a good way!"







"Clockwise from top: strawberry mint panna cotta, apple crumble with vanilla sauce, pumpkin cheesecake, Kenyan coffee tart, zebra domes, and something random in the middle."


"Everything was good except the panna cotta. I didn't like the strawberry/mint combo. And the thing in the middle tasted...bouncy. It was like rubber trying to cut it in half and tasted chewy, but not. Hard to describe, but it was good!"

"Zebra domes were awesome, but not OMG awesome like some people report. I would definitely get them again when I go."​
