You can't deny fact. It's there, right in front of your face. I'm sorry, but it happened, it effects me personally, even though it's in the past.
Lots of people *DO* deny it. Google "Holocaust Denial" and see what you get.
I once had a student who failed my class because out of 90 class days (block scheduling and don't even get me started on that!) he had 60 unexcused absences. So on his form under the "What else could you have done to make this student more successful?" heading I wrote, "I don't know - maybe stop by his house with breakfast and pick him up and bring him to school every day!" I just couldn't help it.
