Another week of maintenance....drat drat and double drat!! I am cutting out my morning piece of 3 net carbs toast, working out more, and getting my foods back to induction, maybe that will kick me back to losing!! I always heard the last 10 were the hardest, I just never GOT how hard it was going to be!!
It is always inspiring for me, to see all the successes here!! Great job everyone!! Let's root for the "whoosh fairy"!!!

A pretty good week for me, down 1.5 so that gives me a total of 3/6. One more pound to go for a new clippie, and one more after that to be in onderland.
 
hmmm... since I joined this challenge, I guess I had better check in. I was quite pleased, as I was down 3 lbs... since this challenge started. Leaving only 3 to go to reach my goal (mini-goal). But I haven't done very well lately. My grandmother has been very ill... and being stressed about that... I've lost my motivation. HOWEVER... no excuses... I did do my workout today...and will weigh in tomorrow to see if I've kept off the weight or if it's creeping back on. We are headed out tomorrow for WDW... DH thought I could use a break from reality. what a guy :) I'm going to try very hard to stay on plan...and DH is a big walker and plans on making me walk every morning. LOL thought I'd get enough walking in anyway...not good enough for him. He's making sure that all the hotels we stay at during our travel times have fitness centers. I think w/ him in my corner I will "hopefully" not gain while at WDW. I might not lose, but I refuse to gain. Will let you know how things go when we get back. Thanks everyone.

It looks like you guys have been doing well while I've been gone. I missed the first two check ins because I was on the Disney Wonder and then in WDW. I was able to maintain while I was there. This week I have lost 1/2 a pound. Hopefully next week will be better. It's TOM right now. Well good luck this week everyone!:D

After last week's disappointing .5lb drop, this week has gone much better. I lost 3.5lbs, which brings me to a total of 5/6 gone. TOM is due next week or so, so I know I'll have to work hard to keep this off. I really want to get another 1lb off for next week so I can grab the 10lb clippie.

I have noticed a pattern in my weight loss- I don't drop much every week, but do drop every other week. I guess my body hangs on for a week or so before giving it up! This helps me stay motivated even when the scale says I'm getting nowhere.

I gained a pound! I am hoping it is because of it being my time of the month. I will know Monday when I weigh myself again.

I won't make my goal but I hope to get as close as I can by April 1st!
 
I just have to post again to thank everyone for the support I've found here at WISH. I am at the point where I am feeling so much better about myself, and it's making a difference in my relationships with my DH and DDs. And watching me has motivated my older DD to start making better food and exercise choices too. THANK YOU!:grouphug:

so i'm not complaining but i sure would like to get my next clippie

Good morning, everyone. I'm here to report that I'm still the same for this challenge--5/10. I haven't lost an ounce, but then again, I haven't gained any either. I've just passed through the TOM Danger Zone and making it through without a gain is a huge milestone for me--I don't think it's ever happened! Hopefully next week I'll see a downward shift in the scale, but whatever happens I'll just keep plugging along. . .

No loss for me this week, but that's OK. I went for my 6 week check-up yesterday and got the OK to start WW and start exercising, so I should start seeing the scale move downward (I hope!!).

Leave me at 3/5 for this week!
 
Lost 2.5 this week for a total of 5/6. AND.............I GOT MY GOLD CLIPPIE!!!!!! Isn't it pretty?!!!
 
Survived the TOM and the Whoosh fair came. I'm down 6/11 . Not sure what I lost ls week because of TOM but didn't gain. I had a body fat analysis last night and I was a bit surprised. Need to get that under control. Will go back in 8 weeks to see my progress. I'm gathering confidence and hoping to sign up for the disney half marathon next Jan. A friend at work runs marathons and I asked him for somethiing to read to understand the process and he developed an entire plan for me to train and is so excited for me. Wow!! Guess I better get my name on the list and start moving. Imay just make my goal of 11 #s down by Apr. 1 It will also get me to Onederland. What a great bonus.

I wasn't able to get to my Weight Watchers meeting this week, so I don't have any info to report this week. My scales are showing a loss, but I usually use the "official" WW number, so I'll just wait til next week to report. Unfortunately that still leaves me a 0/10, but hopefully I'll have good news to report next week.
 
Well, sorry to put a + number into the equation, but I was UP .8 this week.:( ...I'm not overly concerned as it is TOM for me - but I was hoping for a maintain....puts me at 2/5 for the challenge...
 
I am having a heck of time staying on track and I am only down .8 this week. That makes me 2.4/5 for the challenge. Almost half way there.

On the positive side, I joined Curves this week and have been doing much better.
