Taking a friend on chemo and son for 1st trip to Disney. Due to the meds, she has no fingerprint (it will not scan). Is there anyway to handle this ahead of time before we get to the turnstyle? Better to buy tix through guest services and explain?
lolthanks cheshire. I've been a bit off today, just ask sue.
I misunderstood the partial print idea. Thank you for your sticky i will stop spreading wild rumors.

It is possible for the CMs working the turnstile to over-ride the finger print scanner. They sometimes do this for me to save me stretching up from my chair, and they also do it for children who are too small to reach or people who may have difficulty using the scanner, due to a disability.
(and no, no obvious-in-one-look-hand-deformaties or anything)
