I'm not sure the CMs on the phone know. I think they do release more as it gets closer and they have a better idea on crowd size because they increase the staff.

They really don't know lol. I questioned why Hollywood and Vine was not offering dinner after 11/6 and no one would say....they just said there was no refurb happening.....

I checked H&V for next week today, just for kicks. Two great times open at breakfast. So you can't convince me that November is absolutely booked solid and July isn't. That doesn't make sense. We will be fine without BOG, unlike some others. My kids don't really care about the Beast or his castle. But I will cry if we can't get in at H&V! Ha!

Well, the difference between July and November is the free dining. Crowds might be higher in July than in November but with free dining it forces people to book a table service meal when maybe under normal circumstances they wouldn't. I know a lot of people have been freaking out that because a lot of the restaurants were booked up that the parks will be super crowded as well but several people have said that free dining is booking up the restaurants but the parks won't necessarily be unbearable. Also, people start canceling closer to their trip so 4 months ago July might have been totally booked. I'm sure they will add more tables as it gets closer and they have a better idea of how busy the parks will be.

Lots of times just opened up for Cape May character breakfast in November. There has been nothing open there for weeks and now it's wide open. Same thing happened a few weeks ago at Biergarten. They are definitely holding back reservations. Hopefully H&V opens up soon!

For kicks and giggles, I played around with H&V ressies last night. I could get something almost every day I tried between now and September 10. Granted, not everything was an optimum time, but there was something to be had on almost every day. After September 10, it was VERY scarce - maybe one time available, if any. I think like a PP said, they just haven't opened everything up yet. Someone on another thread said they had actually called H&V and they were not at full capacity for November, but didn't know why ADRs weren't available to book.

I wonder if they have an order that they add more tables or if it is just random. It does seems like when they do it is always really early in the morning. When they added all the tables for BOG breakfast after they extended it to the beginning of October I got notified by scout at like 3:00 AM.
