No Fastpass for Splash-Feb 1st?

We are going to be in MK on Feb 1st and 2nd. Splash Mountain is currently scheduled to re-open back up from refurb on Feb 1st. I went to make our Fastpass+ ressies and it showed as not available.

Anyone know if this is typical for when a ride is down for refurb to not have Fastpass+ open at 30 days out?

Just wondering. I know it is possible that the refurb dates could change. Should we be worried that it may not open on time?

There is no "typical" when it comes to these things.

FP+ system is too new and unpredictable.

Best advice: JUST KEEP CHECKING.

Keep checking...I would bet it is typical...for example, the last day of our trip HM was supposed to come out of refurb...and there were no FPs for it until we got closer to the trip.

So it might be they don't offer them just in case something might delay the reopening, that way they don't have to deal with people holding FPs for a closed ride.
