No Fantasmic! Dining Pkgs Sunday June 2

I called this morning to make a Fantasmic! Premium Dining Package reservation at River Belle Terrace, which is 60 days out as of today. The cast member told me that Fantasmic dining packages are not available Sunday, June 2 because of a special event going on that evening. You can't book any of the Fantasmic! dining packages for that day. Does anyone know what that special event could be? Do you think Disneyland might close early that day?

I notice this as well. Actually, none of the show related dining packages are available June 2, and WOC is not available June 1. I am guessing grad night is impacting DCA.

Hard to tell until the official calendar is out, but my guess is that it will probably close early if they aren't having F! because of the event. I don't see any events announced so it may be a special CM event or something like that.

I just checked and there isn't a grad night on June 1 or 2, so I wonder if something else is going on during that time. Given it is around the time Galaxy's Edge is opening I wonder if there is something unannounced that is related to that. Who knows, I am just throwing out guesses now.

May 31 is a Grad Night, but I don't think June 1 & 2 are. However, that is opening week of SW:GE, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Maybe more like a paid preview event for SWGE? I would think the media will have their day prior to May 31. Any guess is as good as the other.

On a tangent...what time do they start answering phone calls to book the Fantasmic! Premium Dining Package at River Belle Terrace? I'm assuming that it's a different set of operators than those used for WDW, but I could be mistaken. Thanks!

Different team than from WDW. I think it’s 7am PST. To verify just call and ask And remember, sometimes stuff isn’t available exactly 60 days out. We don’t know why Disney doesn’t always release them 60 days out but sometimes they’re a couple days or a week late in opening reservations.

There is the International PowWow industry travel trade show happening during that time...not sure what night but Disney hosts a private party in the entire park one evening during the conference

The actual park hours /entertainment schedule has also not been released past the second week in May so that could be why as well.

Its likely a combination of reasons all which above could be valid.
