No Expire Ticket Arrived - I think?

I ordered 2 10 Day Park Hopper tickets with Water Park Fun + More and No Expire option from Maple Leaf Tickets two weeks ago.

They finally arrived and the description is printed on the ticket, minus the "No Expire" part. However, "NE" was written in marker on the back of the ticket.

Is this normal? I read nothing but good reviews about ML but I'm a bit concerned that they aren't no expire tickets.

Thanks!

If you link them to your MDE account, the type of ticket will be reflected in your MDE ticket area. You can check it that way. As long as you don't use it, you have time to dispute it with Maple Leaf if MDE lists it as something other than No Expire.

BE CAREFUL!

But Robo, linking in MDE doesn't activate it all.

OP can dispute it with Maple Leaf if it is the incorrect ticket. Then, if she does have to change the hard copy for a new ticket, she can then add the new hard ticket back into MDE as a new ticket.

My reference is that UndercoverTourist (another authorized WDW ticket reseller) does not allow refunds on tickets once they are linked to your MDE.

Of course, if there is an error, all bets are off.
That's why I simply said, "BE CAREFUL!"

I can hopefully put your mind at ease. I ordered from maple leaf those exact tickets . They explained that disney has them write that on the back of the ticket. I was Leary, especially after seeing the building. I took them to guest services to make sure everything was okay. It was. Their explanation was exactly what maple leaf told me. Disney verified I did have non expire, water and fun,and park hoppers. I explained I wouldn't be activating until next winter and she laughed and said I was all good.

In my experience, the ones without NE say "expire 14 days from first use", and the ones with NE don't say anything. That is probably why they hand wrote it on the ticket.
