No email notifications

I noticed that I haven't received any email notifications to the forums I subscribe to since 2/2/14. I checked my spam filter and nothing from The Dis is in it. Also I tried to resubscribe with the email address in question and the system says I'm currently subscribed. I do receive the daily Dis emails though. Am I missing something?
