No Electrical Parade?

I was looking at the DL schedule for Oct 1-4 when I will be there and the Electrical Parade was not listed. But it also wasn't in the refurbished list like Fantasmic is....anyone know if it will be running or not?

They had the Pixar parade listed but not the Electrical.

The Electrical Parade will definitely not be running in October!
It is not on the refurb. list because it is not scheduled to run in October.
The Electrical Parade only runs at certain times of the year but I cannot tell you when those times are.
I am sure someone else here can!

Yea, I don't think it runs in october, because CA closes early most days for the trick or treat party. I think they stop it after labor day, but I don't know when they start it again.

Jan: Not shown after Christmas/New Year's
Feb: Not shown
Spring Break: Shown nightly
March: Shown Fri, Sat, Sun
April: Shown Fri, Sat, Sun
May & early June: Shown Fri, Sat, Sun
Summer: Shown nightly (early June to late August)
Sept: Not shown after Labor Day
Oct: Not shown
Nov & early Dec: Not shown
Christmas Week / New Year's: Shown nightly (late Dec to early Jan)

We did see it last trip on a Friday night during the last weekend in January 08. I was hoping to see it again when we go in October, it never really even crossed my mind to think that it wouldn't be shown. It's so weird to me. OH well... maybe next time!

The reason it was running during the last weekend of January this year is because Block Party Bash was sent to WDW at the beginning of January, so they showed DEP for the interim until they introduced the new Pixar Play Parade in March. This is not the normal schedule for DEP, however.

It certainly wasn't showing on September 2nd - the day after labor day. We went to the parks for a couple of hours before we had to drive home and I noticed that the parades were much reduced at both parks for the remainder of the week. The only one running at DCA was the Pixar Parade.

Aladdin was also closed - which is a shame, because it was great.
