I booked a reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table online this morning and noticed afterward I didn't see the DVC discount applied. So I called member services this evening and after putting me on hold, the CM came back and basically said CRT is not eligible for a DVC discount, only an AP discount. I mentioned I was literally looking at it on the Members Benefit page right in that moment - still listed there at 10% off. And the attitude was basically "oh well". Does this seem right? Do they frequently advertise benefits on the website that are no longer offered? (I'm still a relatively new DVC member.) It's a pretty expensive meal so I was really looking forward to the discount! I have not tried calling back to talk with someone else, but I did send an email to Member Services in the meantime.
