No DS pins to be on hold by phone, day 1

To add to a previous post about changes in DS rules for this weekend, I have been told by my Disney Store that no pins can be held by a phone call for the first day of the release. Also, that the purchase limit will be 5 pins of any one design.
So, don't plan on saving any pins by a phone call at opening. They were concerned that a person could call and put all the pins on hold
( or 5 now, with the new limit).

That was what I was told by one of the local TDS.
The other store said No Pin Holds---Period.

District managers have been given discretion to do what is best for their stores and their regular customers. So it is entirely plausible that some stores have decided no phone sales at all. I know my Mom's DM told them, you can decide if you want the pins to go to strangers in California, or be available for the people who shop with you on a regular basis.
