This is the first time we will not have a dining plan. Need suggestions for good Quick service and some regular dining options that we will enjoy, but won't break our budget during our trips. Need QS, Dining, & Buffet options. I'd like the Aloha dinner show, but quite pricey.

Thanks!

We just did our first non dining plan trip.. We moved from doing free dining discounted trips to APs and getting deep room discounts.. This first trip we still ate a few meals out.. Crystal palace for breakfast, pre park opening perk. Same with Star Wars breakfast and the. We did BOG fp lunch for the onion soup..

The rest of our meals were done in our room. I brought a panini maker and made tasty panini sandwiches for the wife and I and pb&j for the kids.. Plus brought snacks and breakfast stuff like oatmeal and cream of wheat and cereal.. Saved a ton of money compared to free dining..

I think the Wave is the best buffet breakfast on property, and it definitely won't break the bank!

We like Pecos Bills for QS lunch as the portions are fairly large, and the toppings bar let's everyone get some veggies with their meal.

We also like Flame Tree at AK, Sunshine Seasons at Epcot (mainly for the variety, not necessarily the price), and all the "snacks" in the World Showcase that are practically meals themselves (lobster bisque at the bakery in France for example). HS is the hardest for us. We tend to avoid QS there.

Good Luck!
