UGH! Me think I'm going in Sept so I guess I will have to miss out!
Aww, that's sad! Just wanted to let you know I MUST go read your trip report from DL, though!
Well, now you're gonna have to add MR SHOW to the list of must-see DVDs. Just note that while funny, many of the sketches were uncensored due to airing on HBO (not exactly family friendly)
It's now going into the morning, and I've yet to see a trip update ... you're starting to slack!

(I have no idea what this smiley represents??)
I'll Netflix it up! And yep, I'm a slacker! I really need to start writing day 8 today!
My opinion counts for squat, but I think Halloween is the best time to visit WDW. Decent weather, low crowds, F&W Fest, as well as the Halloween decorations and activities all over. I did Halloween last year, and on track for doing it again for '07.
Oh yay! I'm glad to hear it's a good time of year! I picked it because I've been wanting to do
MNSSHP for years, and then I heard about the AC doing special Halloween shows, so I was sold! Only later did it hit me that it's not only Food & Wine, but also the same month as Epcot's 25th birthday!! (Maybe they'll stick a giant party hat on SSE! If they don't, Photoshop & I will!)
Let me know if you end up going for Halloween this year! (Or "Disneyween 07", as we've named it!)
Brocktoon: I would have to agree about Halloween. I did a solo Land/Sea trip at Halloween in 05. Wonderful time to go. The F&W Festival was so much fun! I ate my way around the world!!

I'd also love to go in early December when Christmas decorations are up but the crowds aren't at their worst. Other than that I will continue to opt for January with its lower crowds.
Crystal: I am so enjoying your reports. I have yet to go to the Adventurer's Club but would love to. At one time I heard that it might be phased out. Have you heard anything about that? I'd hate to miss it!
I insist upon the AdvClub! I've heard rumors about it closing for years, but it looks like it's safe for the forseeable future. (Thankfully! It's the main reason I buy a premium AP instead of the regular!) I really hope WDW never closes it- it's such a unique place, I can't imagine WDW without it! And I love having somewhere to go on the nights I want to go somewhere after the parks close, since I'm not a big dance club person.
Happy V-Day, readers!

You all look lovely today! Your hair looks so nice! And I like what's going on with your shoes there- very stylish! Since none of you managed to hunt down my Emil guy and send him here to be my Valentine, I'm spending the day snuggling my true loves- my cats!

Hopefully I'll get around to working on day 8, too!
I do have an embarassing confession to make! I TOTALLY screwed up my days!!!
I was on a long drive with my mom a few days ago, and we started talking about how it had been almost a month since David passed away, but we disagreed about which day it was! I said the 14th, she said the 13th. This debate continued across many, many miles. I *knew* it was on my AKL day! I'd just written that day of the report, even!
And then it hit me. NOPE! It did happen on the 13th! I remember being glad that I'd planned the 14th as a resort day, since I didn't feel like hitting any parks that day. I can't believe I totally screwed it up!
Well, maybe I CAN believe it, since that's not the only time I mixed up those dates! I had plans to meet up with Jeff from the DIS at AKL one night- he was eating at Jiko with a friend, so we were going to meet up for a few minutes beforehand. On the 13th, as I was on my way to Epcot, I wondered "Wait, was I supposed to meet him today? No, it's tomorrow." Nope- it was supposed to be that day! I totally stood a DIS-er up! Apparently I have chronic 13th/14th mix-up syndrome!
I also remembered another AdvClub moment this morning! I was sipping my Kungaloosh in the library with Katie during a show, and I noticed it tasted a little different than I remembered. "I think this one's a little strong!", I commented to her. Then someone in the show instructed everyone to turn to someone we didn't know and introduce ourselves, and where we were from. I promptly turned to the person next to me and said "Hi! I'm from Crystal!". Um, yes, the drink may have been a little strong!
