No Countdown Calendar w/ the new MDE?

Just wondering - does the countdown calendar that shows the number of days until your vacation still exist ? With the old version, I believe I used to click on my character icon - ( above where it said "plans and reservations - I believe ( said something similar)

My kids used to look forward to seeing the countdown calendar - anyone know if it can still be accessed on the newer MDE?

A follow-up question on the new system. You used to be able to "pick which park" you were going to visit and add it, before the fast pass window it was a good way to roughly map out your plans. I don't see a way to do that anymore either, am I missing something?

I have been looking for the same and I don't think it is an option anymore, at least that I've been able to find.

I haven’t seen it on the new MDE either and miss it. If anyone has found it I would love to know where.

When I go “personalize” my MagicBands, I get a countdown on that page...but I do miss the splashy one on the front page.

It is gone. I loved having the countdown on MDE! I am not a fan of the updated website but I will get used to it.

Mine just says see you December 5th. I guess when you get close enough then it gives you a count down.

I just called Disney about this today and the guy I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. He told me the only countdown on MDE was for Magic Bands. I had called about this a few months ago, right after they changed MDE and the Rep told me then that the countdown should be under the Resort reservation icon but like others have said it is only showing me my arrival date. I don't understand why Disney would remove this feature. I was told to submit an email to them about it so maybe if enough people complain they will bring it back.

Yep. Countdown is by the Resorts Circle at the top. Mine says 27 days and this fills me with joy. Tomorrow will be even better. And the day after that...well...you know!

On the bright side, if you buy DVC, the DVC member site still shows a countdown. Although once someone official reads this and knows we like it, they'll probably take that away too.
