No confirmation - Tiffany

I filled in their on line res. form and never received confirmation via an email (4 days ago). I emailed them night before last to ask if they had received my order - still no reply.
Guess I should move on...

Sorry to hear this from Tiffany. We have used their services in the past and were quite pleased but i can say from experience, that their email service is very slow. If you are going to use them, i would suggest direct calling for confirmation and demand that they send you written confirmation.

My next suggestion would be to contact FL Tours, which you will find linked to this forum. If you have any problems, then post a topic on this forum for Andy who is with FL Tours and i he will respond to you.

They emailed me back within hours.

I've heard good things about them, although we haven't actually used them yet. We are book with them for November.

Interesting...we did get a confirmation but, of course, I've misplaced it so I emailed them asking them to re-confirm. That was 1.5 weeks ago and haven't received a response. I'll try calling tomorrow. If not, I'll send them a note saying that I'll try a different service which I don't want to do since we had such excellent service from Tiffany last time. Hope you hear something soon.

I just phoned Tiffany on their 800 number and got right through and now I'm all set - you might want to try calling. Good luck!

I would call the 800 number also. We did get an email confirmation. But, my flight info changed and when I emailed the new info, I never got another confirmation from them. I did call the 800 number and lo and behold, they hadn't changed it over yet. I also call them 2 days before I arrive just to double-check with them.
