No confirmation packet at 30 days?

A. 30 days from check in, and have not gotten the confirmation packet in the mail yet. I realized on day 35 that is as able to customize MB's that I did not know I qualified for, but it is still giving me the option to customize. Have the confirmation packets been arriving with the bands?

Our Mickey mail arrived at about 21 days. Bands and packet were sent separately. I would call just to make myself feel better, though.
